BLEDINGTON BLUE CHEESE – Made by hand on our farm, our organic Bledington Blue cheese is made with the non-homogenised milk from our own cows for a rich, piquant flavour and a soft, creamy texture.

MINI PENYSTON – Our Organic Penyston Brie is a mild and creamy soft cheese made using the organic milk from our grass-pastured Gloucester and Friesian cattle. Penyston is mould-ripened for at least five weeks to create a rich, buttery flavour which becomes earthy and slightly mushroomy with age.

RAW MILK SINGLE GLOUCESTER, 250g – Single Gloucester is made from the milk of Gloucester cattle, reared in Gloucester. Our single Gloucester cheese has a fresh, delicate, buttery taste.

CHEDDAR, 250g – The rich, non-homogenised, organic milk from our pedigree herds of British Friesians goes straight into the creamery, where we make our artisan cheeses by hand. Our award-winning, muslin-wrapped organic cheddar is aged for up to 8 months to develop it distinct full flavour.
