MINI PENYSTON \u2013Our handmade Penyston brie in miniature form, beautifully presented in a wooden box. Made using using milk from our herd of British Friesians.<\/p>

CHEDDAR WEDGE 250G \u2013 The rich, non-homogenised, organic milk from our pedigree herds of British Friesians goes straight into the creamery, where we make our artisan cheeses by hand. Our award-winning, muslin-wrapped organic cheddar is aged for up to 8 months to develop it distinct full flavour.<\/p>

DAYLESFORD ROSSO PICENO D.O.C \u2013 From an organic family vineyard on the rolling limestone hills of Spinetoli and Porto d\u2019Ascoli on the Marche\u2019s Adriatic coast. No chemicals are used in the vineyard, instead the family work with nature, using traditional techniques to nourish the land and cultivate the Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes in this bottle. Full-bodied with juicy black fruit, aromas of black cherry, damson and fig, spicy complexity from the oak, pleasantly dry and a firm acidity.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
